Intelligility Ventures
We don't just teach
people to build companies.
Sometimes we build them too. Ventures is the incubation arm — internal startups, founder partnerships, joint ventures and small software businesses that shouldn't need a funding round to exist.
The economics of starting something changed.
A category of business that was previously uneconomic — too small for a venture round, too technical for one person — is now buildable by a very small team.
Ventures exists to take those on: focused software businesses, built quickly, tested against real customers, kept only if the numbers say so.
To be clear about what this is not: we make no investment promises, no returns claims and no guarantees. Nothing here is an offer of securities.
What this looks like
Internal startups
Ideas that begin inside Labs or Studio and get spun up as their own product with their own operator.
Founder partnerships
You have the domain expertise and the customers. We bring the building. Structure agreed up front.
Joint ventures
Shared builds with companies that have distribution and want a product to put in front of it.
Micro-SaaS
Deliberately small software businesses solving one specific problem for one specific audience.
Experiments
Commercial ideas that are mostly a question. We run them to find out, and we publish what we learn.
How we decide
A real user with a real problem, a path to revenue we can describe in a sentence, and someone who cares.
You bring the domain.
We bring the build.
If you know a market well enough to be annoyed by it, that's usually the beginning of something worth building.
